Dit betekent dat het land is aangemerkt als hoogrisicogebied en dat het dringende advies geldt dat u alleen naar Rusland reist als dit strikt noodzakelijk is. Op deze pagina leest u meer over de corona regels in Rusland en het bijbehorende reisadvies.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Reisadvies Rusland<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het reisadvies voor Rusland luidt dus: reis alleen naar Rusland als dat noodzakelijk is. Wanneer u toch afreist, moet u een negatieve PCR-testuitslag kunnen laten zien. Deze mag bij aankomst niet ouder zijn dan 72 uur. Tijdens het reizen naar Rusland krijgt u in het vliegtuig een formulier dat u in moet vullen. Deze levert u op dezelfde plek in als waar naar een PCR-uitslag gevraagd kan worden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij binnenkomst in Rusland hoeft u niet in verplichte quarantaine. Wanneer u onverhoopt toch besmet raakt met het coronavirus, moet u wel 14 dagen in thuisquarantaine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overigens is Tsjetsjeni\u00eb en de overige gebieden van de Noord-Kaukasus aangemerkt als rood gebied. Het reisadvies voor dit deel van Rusland luidt hier dus: niet reizen. Hier is namelijk een verhoogd risico op terroristische aanslagen, ontvoering, het ontploffen van mijnen, gewapende conflicten en criminaliteit. Dit heeft dus echter niets van doen met het coronavirus in Rusland.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Wat moet u doen bij terugkomst in Nederland vanuit Rusland?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je mag vanuit Rusland alleen terugreizen naar Nederland met een vaccinatiebewijs of een herstelbewijs. Heeft u dit niet? Dan volstaat ook een NAAT(PCR)-test van maximaal 48 uur oud of een sneltest van maximaal 24 uur oud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er gelden geen vaste maatregelen wanneer u terug bent in Nederland na uw reis uit Rusland. U hoeft ook niet in quarantaine. Wel wordt met klem aangeraden om een (zelf)test te doen, enkele dagen na uw terugkomst in Nederland.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Regel direct uw visum voor Rusland\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor uw bezoek aan Rusland heeft u een toestemmingsdocument nodig.
