The visa is a sticker issued by the Mongolian government and affixed to the passport. With this visa you have permission to enter the territory of Mongolia.
\nThe visa will be checked during passport control in Mongolia. If you arrive by plane, the first visa check will probably already take place at the airport.

To do this, open the online application form or our contact form. After filling in all the details of the traveler (s) concerned, the application can be paid very simply. That is possible with iDeal, Bancontact, Paypal or with Credit Card. When the payment has been completed you will receive (within a maximum of 1 hour) an email from us with instructions on how to deliver the required documents. To deliver these documents, you can choose to drop them off at our office, send them by registered mail or courier, and you can also use our secure collection service. After granting the visa you will receive the passport with the visa for Mongolia back from us. You can select the method of return<\/a> in the application form, namely; Registered mail, DHL courier, personal collection from our office or ready at Schiphol.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How far in advance do I have to apply for a Mongilian visa?”]The Mongolia visa application is possible between 60 days and about a week before departure, depending on the visa type you have chosen. You can do this with: iDeal, Paypal, Bancontact or credit card. If a surcharge is charged for the collection and \/ or shipping method you have chosen, this will be added directly to the total amount. If you send your application via mail or our contact form, we will send you either an invoice or an online link (which allows you to pay for the order online by iDeal Paypal, Bancontact or credit card) after receiving all the documents.
\nIf you use a custom courier (for collection and \/ or return), the

\nIf you wish to stay in Mongolia for longer than this allowed 30 days, you must register with the Immigration Agency in Ulaanbaatar within 7 days of arrival. If approved, you can extend your stay once with another 30 days.[\/vc_toggle][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]\n

Requirements and related questions<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_toggle title=”Which documents should I provide for my Mongolian visa application?”]The information and documents you have to provide depend on your destination (tourist or business), the number of entries required in Mongolia and the desired period of validity of the visa. After submitting the online visa application for Mongolia, you will receive a personal email from us with instructions on how to provide the necessary documents for your situation.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Which conditions apply to my passport?”]An emergency passport is not accepted.
\nThe passport must be valid for at least six months after departure from Mongolia. The passport must contain at least one blank page.
\nThe passport must also be free of covers and \/ or covers, please remove them before sending them to us.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Does my passport state the letter O or the number 0?”]Document numbers in the Netherlands never contain the letter \u201cO\u201d, but they can contain the number \u201c0\u201d.
