The eVisitor visa (tourist and business) is valid for 12 months from the time of issue. Within those 12 months you must enter Australia, from then on you will have 12 months to enter and exit Australia multiple times, as long as the stay per entry, does not exceed 3 consecutive months.

Can I travel to Australia multiple times with the e-visa?

Your e-visa for Australia is valid for multiple trips (multiple entry). For example, are you planning to rotate between Australia and New Zealand? Then you can do so an unlimited number within your visa validity. Please note that in that case you must also have a New Zealand visa!

What is and where do I find the Grant Number or Visa Number?

The Visa Grant / Label number is a Unice number attached to your passport. Each visa has its own Visa Grant number and/or Visa Label number.

It is not mandatory to enter the Visa Grant Number or Visa Label Number from your previous trip to Australia. However, leaving these fields blank (if ever obtained) may delay the processing of your request.

If you are applying for a second or third Working Holiday visa, you must provide a previous visa grant number along with information about the work you did in Australia on your previous WHM visa (subclasses 417 and 462). If you cannot provide this, it is not possible to obtain a WHM visa.

What information is required for a travel authorization for Australia?

Applying for the eVisitor visa to Australia is easy. All you need to do is fill out the online application form. It is important to have your passport (which must be valid for at least 6 months after arrival) ready. If you have been to Australia before you will also be asked for your previous Visa Grant Number, these fields are optional, however, leaving them blank may delay your application.

How long can I stay in Australia?

Within the validity of your eTA (tourism or business) you may stay in Australia for up to 90 days at a time. A Working Holiday visa allows you to stay in Australia for up to 12 months. Other visa types may be subject to exceptions. Please contact us for more information.

Is there an O (letter) or a 0 (number) in my passport?

Document numbers in the Netherlands never contain the letter “O,” but may contain the digit “0.” So even if it looks like there is a letter O in your passport , it will be the number 0. It is also important to know that document numbers in the Netherlands are nine characters long.

Belgian document numbers may have the letter(s) “O” and/or the digit “0”. Belgian document numbers are eight characters long and always begin with two letters followed by six digits.

Do overnight accommodations and airline tickets need to be reserved before I apply for the visa?

No, it is not necessary to book a flight or hotel before applying for a visa.

Do I need a visa for Australia?
