Required documents:

Copy of passport, valid for at least 18 months
Digital passport photo in accordance with passport conditions (tip: Have it taken at the passport photographer and ask them to provide the photo by mail instead of hardcopy)
Statement from the insurance company containing 100,000 USD coverage + inpatient (400,000 THB) and outpatient (40,000 THB) coverage and THB 3 million coverage in certificate issued stamped and signed by the insurance company (we can provide these for you).
Proof of sufficient financial resources, this may be in the form of: A. A bank statement in the name of a (savings) account, on which there is a visible balance of at least 23,000 EUR, or B. An income statement in English, stating that your income for the past 3 months has not been less than 1800 EUR, or C. A bank statement of your normal and savings account in the name of your name, on which the total assets are not less than 23,000 EUR.

Required legalizations:

An English-language, legalized Basic Registration of Persons in your name (you can request this from the municipality where you live)
A legalized medical certificate in English (see appendix for the form to be used, you can have this examination done by private agencies (e.g. AMC or Keurdokter ), general practitioners often do not do this).
A legalized Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) in English, which you can request online with your DigiD via Justis.
