Apply for an e-visa, ESTA or eTA
An e-visa, ESTA or eTA is an electronic visa which you – as the name suggests – can be applied for completely online. This type of visa is often referred to as an Electronic Travel Authorization. To complete your visa application, you only need to provide a copy of your passport and documents digitally. Uploading documents for your visa application is done at all times in a fully secure SSL environment. When processing your order, we will never keep your data longer than necessary and, after your visa application has been completed and the visa has been issued, it will be immediately removed from our system. Apply for a regular visa
A regular visa is a paper visa sticker that is affixed to your passport. With regular visa applications, you must physically deliver your documents to us, along with your passport and passport photo(s). This means that your passport will be in the hands of the relevant government (embassy or consulate) during the processing time. It is important to know that here too we will never keep your documents longer than necessary. In addition, in most cases you can send additional documents by e-mail, so that you always have the option of flexibility at Traveldocs.
How and where can I apply for a regular visa?
You can apply for a regular visa through the appropriate landing page. You will then receive all supplies and additional information by e-mail. You can also read this information on the website. Regular visas are available for almost all countries and nationalities. It is often possible to apply for an electronic visa like a paper regular visa for a destination, depending on your situation, nationality and travel purpose. We are happy to advise you on this. How long does a visa application take?
The processing time for your visa application differs per destination and per type of visa. Typically, for electronic visas such as eTA, ESTA or e-visa, this is approximately 3 working days (or 72 hours). Sometimes this can be faster. For regular visa applications, this process can vary between 2 and 10 working days. This also depends on the destination, the visa processing time you have chosen and the speed of the relevant authority. We recommend that you submit applications well in advance to prevent you from not being able to leave on time. In most cases it is recommended to start the preparation of your visa application about 6 weeks before departure. Not sure when it is the best time to apply for your visa? Then contact us for advice.
Legalization, Immigration and Relocation.
