*Documents from Saudi Arabia:

• Letter of invitation from the company in Saudi Arabia.
• Exact Registration Company from the company in Saudi Arabia.

*Documents from the Netherlands:

• Letter of guarantee from the employer in the Netherlands (format available as an attachment).
• International certified Chamber of Commerce extract from the company in the Netherlands.

*Passport and copy:

• Original passport in good condition.
• A clear copy of all relevant pages of the passport.

*Pass photos:

• Two physical passport photos, size 5x5 cm, with a white background.
• A digital version of the passport photos is required for the pre-check file.

*Flight confirmation:

• A flight confirmation in your name, but amendable. This can be finalized once the visa is approved.

*Application forms:

• A completed consular questionnaire (this will be forwarded to you after payment).

*Additional documents:

• One copy of all original documents.
• For non-Dutch, non-EU nationalities: Original residence permit.
• For non-Dutch, EU nationalities: Extract from the BRP, with original stamp and not older than 3 months.

It is not possible to apply for a regular visa to Saudi Arabia urgently. The processing time depends on the embassy's assessment and required documents, including interviews and verifications. Transfer with visa

It is not possible to apply for an electronic transit/transit visa. You can apply for a transit visa to Saudi Arabia only through the embassy in person, where you must provide fingerprints in addition to passport and documents. This visa is not issued by mail, but by a sticker placed in the passport by a consular employee of the embassy. You will also have to pick up the passport with the visa.
