Validity of the visa
The period of validity of a B1/B2 visa to the United States varies depending on your nationality and the agreements between your country and the US. In many cases, the visa is issued for a period of several years, for example, 1, 5 or 10 years.
Within this validity period, you can travel to the U.S. several times (multiple entry), but each stay usually cannot exceed 6 months at a time. The exact length of your stay is determined by the immigration officer upon arrival.

Rush application with visa
It is not possible to apply for the B1/B2 visa urgently, as visa approval depends on the availability of an interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Interview wait times can vary and are not always predictable.
For more information on interview status and availability, we recommend contacting us or calling the relevant embassy.
Transfer with visa
When traveling through the United States to another destination, you may need to apply for a transit visa, depending on your nationality and the length of the transfer. This visa is intended for travelers who are merely transiting the U.S. and have no intention of entering the country for an extended stay.
In some cases, if you are traveling through an airport in the U.S. and do not need a visa to enter the country (for example, with a valid ESTA or eTA), you can continue your trip without an additional visa. However, this depends on the specific circumstances of your trip and US immigration rules.
It is important to check if you are eligible for a visa-free transfer or if you need to apply for a transit visa, depending on your situation.
