All tourist applicants  wanting to obtain a double entry Mongolia visa have to provide a fully visible copy of their bankstatement from the past 3 months. We know this is a lot of private information which you have to share, but unfortunately this is a hard requirement from the Mongolian embassy to make sure you have sufficient funds in order to maintain your whole stay in Mongolia.

Without these 3 fully visible (without any blackened data) bankstatements it is not possible to apply for a double entry visa as a tourist.

Traveldocs can assure you that these information will stay highly confident and secure, while in our possession. We will never show or sell your documents to third parties who are not involved in your visa application. Upon receiving the bankstatement we will only check the necesseties such as the balance, the name of the applicant and the dates.

Changing or cancelling an existing application

What happens if my Mongolian visa application gets rejected?

It is possible that an application for the Mongolia visa will be rejected. Because our specialists manually check all applications for possible errors and omissions, the chance of this is very small. It is also possible that an application will be rejected if, for example, the government of Mongolia suspects that you pose a risk to security and / or public order in Mongolia.
Because it is mandatory to book all flights before applying for the visa, it is wise to take out cancellation insurance that reimburses the costs of these bookings if the application is rejected. Traveldocs is also not liable for the costs incurred.

I made an error on my application and/or documents. Can I correct this?

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to indicate what is not in order. Whether your visa application can still be corrected depends on the nature of the error and the status of your application. If we have not delivered your application to the embassy yet, it is possible to make changes. If your applicaiton is already in the hands of the embassy, there is nothing we can do. You must obtain a new visa with the proper information and cancel the existing one. It is not possible to get a refund from the embassy nor Traveldocs if an application gets rejected due to the cause of a mistake or untruthful information made/given in the application and/or documents.

Is it possible to cancel my application?

After receiving your passport and other documents, we will process your application. From that moment on, cancellation of the application is no longer possible. If you want to cancel your application before you have submitted your passport and documents, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
