The application starts online. On our website, you fill in your general details and preferences regarding the procedure and the sending and collection of your passport and any documents. After completing the steps, you will receive an email from us with the required documents and conditions. Once you have gathered the documents, you send the scans to us via email. Our visa experts will review your documents and provide detailed feedback. A staff member from our team will always be present to guide you through the process. After that, we will submit your application for you, and you will usually receive your passport with the visa back immediately. In some cases, it may take a few business days. We will then collect the passport for you and send it back using the return method you selected.
The appointment can take 1 to 2 weeks, but usually, you will receive your passport with the visa back on the same day of the appointment. In theory, it can be arranged within 1 to 2 business days, provided your documents are complete and meet the embassy’s requirements, and there is availability to schedule an appointment the following day, where you must also be present.

Normally, an appointment can often be scheduled for you within the same week. Sometimes, especially around holidays, the embassy may be busier or there may be limited spots available. In such cases, you may have to wait a few weeks before your turn comes. If that’s the case, we will pick up the passport for you, and you won’t need to travel back to The Hague yourself.
The visa is usually valid for 3, 6, or 12 months, with a stay allowed for 30 to 90 days at a time.
