For the application for a Uganda visa, you need a return ticket in your name, or if you haven’t received it yet, a booking reservation in your name that shows when you will enter and exit Uganda. It must be the actual reservation with your name and travel itinerary, not just the invoice!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to already submitted applications. The only way to correct a mistake is to submit a new application. In this case, the payment will also need to be made again.
If your application is approved, you will not receive a refund under any circumstances, even if you do not use your visa. Therefore, it is no longer possible to request a refund after submitting your application.
Cancellation is only possible before the payment has been completed. Once we have received the payment for your visa application, we will process it immediately, and a refund of your payment will no longer be possible from that point on. If you made a mistake in your application, you can submit a new visa application. The costs for this new application will be entirely at your own expense.
