The Electronic Extension of Thailand Visa (hereinafter referred to as “E-Extension”) facility offered through the Thailand Immigration Bureau (hereinafter referred to as “Immigration Bureau”) is available to foreign nationals residing in Thailand and applying for e-extension and who fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed from time to time by Immigration Bureau and subject to the guidelines prescribed by Immigration Bureau.

FOR CATEGORIES OF APPLICANTS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE TO AVAIL THIS FACILITY AND FOR OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING, AS VISA FEES AND SERVICE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Neither VFS Global nor Immigration Bureau shall be liable for any claim whatsoever including but not limited to for outcome of whatever visa result/decision may be by the Immigration Bureau or for refund of visa, service fees and applicable taxes etc. The visa fees, service fees and applicable taxes once paid are non -refundable in any event whatsoever. The applicant specifically agrees to the same.

While using the facility, users/visa applicants are urged not to engage or avail services of unauthorized persons, entities and touts. Applicants are also advised against divulging any personal and other information such as payment receipts, passport particulars and related details to any third or unknown persons.

The user/visa applicant shall be solely responsible for any such activities mentioned herein and for the resultant consequences that may arise therefrom and shall also be liable for the appropriate prosecutions and liabilities for the same.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the user/visa applicant acknowledges that Immigration Bureau reserve the right to ask for further documents, information and material to assess an application and take a decision at their own discretion on the basis of such information / further information, material and documents submitted or furnished by the applicant.

The user/visa applicant further acknowledges that the applicant understands that the grant, duration, condition/s or refusal or the time taken to process an application and grant an Extension of Thailand Visa are at the sole discretion of Immigration Bureau and their decision in this regard shall be final. In case of non-forwarding of the application due to incomplete documents or information or any delay in the process of visa application, no correspondence will be entertained from the user/visa applicant by the VFS Global and VFS Global shall not be responsible for the same nor shall refund any visa fees, service fees and/or applicable taxes once paid by the user/visa applicant. VFS Global shall not be liable to any user/visa applicant in any manner whatsoever.

Further, VFS Global shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to any user/visa applicant/s for any Documents lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (acts of God) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of any willful act or default by VFS Global. VFS Global does not warrant or guarantee in manner the delivery of the Documents, material or information as a user/visa applicant may require but will extend and provide services to the extent and to the points as notified and communicated to a user/visa applicant.

The applicant agrees and accepts that VFS Global neither controls Immigration Bureau nor does it control or operate the services provided by them. Hence, VFS Global will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage of user’s/applicant’s documents not caused due to the negligence on the part of VFS Global.

The use of Traveldocs’ services is at the discretion of VFS Global and use by anyone may be restricted or terminated by VFS Global at any time. For efficient and faster processing of the visa applications, VFS Global has agreed to provide with online platform as a means of communication between Immigration Bureau and the visa applicant. Also, VFS Global ensures that the documents are as per the mandates provided by Immigration.

In no event and under no circumstances shall VFS Global and/or their representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or any other damages of whatsoever kind to anyone.

Applicants should note that, the issuance of a visa or approval of a visa application does not in any way give the applicant an automatic right to extend their stay in Thailand. Extension of visa into Thailand is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Bureau officer who is a representative of Government of Thailand. In case of denial of extension of visa into Thailand by the Government of Thailand / Immigration Bureau, VFS Global shall in no way be liable to the applicant in any manner whatsoever. The visa must be accepted as offered and is non-transferable.

Immigration Bureau / VFS Global reserves the right to add, alter or vary these terms and conditions at any time without any notice or liability and all applicants availing this facility shall be bound by the same.

VFS Global shall not be liable if the visa expires before the applicant receives the extension of visa in Thailand. It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to plan and ensure his/her extension of visa within the visa period.

By using the domain and sub-domains of the Site, the user agrees to the all the terms and conditions, including those available by hyperlink (the ‘Agreement’ or ‘User Agreement’) with VFS Global and the website/s of its affiliate/s, joint venture partner/s, agencies, subsidiaries and clients. In case of any unlawful, illegal or prohibited use, you shall be liable for action under applicable laws of the country including among others and as amended from time to time and shall also be liable for damages.

Without limiting other remedies, VFS Global at the advice or under the directions of Immigration Bureau or its clients limit, suspend, terminate temporarily or permanently, disable or prevent a user account or restrict or deny a user from making use of its service, prohibit access to its website/s, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep user/s off the Site if VFS Global thinks that the user is or is attempting to resort to any kind of abnormal usage or abuse, creating problems or possible legal liabilities, or is not acting consistently with the normal usage.

VFS Global has taken necessary steps to implement and maintain security practices and procedures to protect User Information from unauthorized access, damage, use, modification, disclosure or impairment. VFS Global has in place suitable protection mechanism and guidelines for usage, retention and protection of User Information against unauthorized access, disclosure or abuse. However, VFS Global shall not be liable in any manner for any events that occur in spite of such steps, security practices, procedures, protection mechanisms and guidelines.

While VFS Global makes and strives to provide secure and continuous connectivity and internet access, VFS Global and Immigration Bureau shall not be responsible or liable to a user for any loss or consequential damage, including among other things, any loss of data obtained, Documents, time, or other information furnished or entered on the Site or the application forms which may, among other things, have occurred as a result of any events or acts leading to interruptions such as internet connectivity, transmission of signals, server breakdown, systems crashing, hacking, servicing and any other events or acts beyond the control of such parties.

User/visa applicant agrees not to hold VFS Global responsible in any manner whatsoever for other user actions or inactions, including but not limited to acts or things as a result of which there may be loss of connectivity, loss of data and/or loss of Documents or data furnished.

Further, while secure and continuous access to the website is sought to be provided, VFS Global does not guarantee continuous or secure access to operation of the Site, as the same may be interfered by numerous factors outside the control of VFS Global. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, VFS Global excludes all implied warranties, terms and conditions. VFS Global is not liable for any loss of money, time, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damages arising in any manner out of the user’s use of the Site.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold VFS Global and their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, clients, joint venture partners, associates, representatives and employees, harmless from any kind of claim/s, expense/s, loss/es, damages or demand/s, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred or sustained by VFS Global and / or their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, clients, joint venture partners and employees arising out of the breach of these terms and conditions by the user and / or any act of omission or commission attributable to user / applicant (or) violation by the user / applicant of any law of any country or the rights of a third party.

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, all notices shall be served on VFS Global at: Unit No. 3101-A , JBC 1 , Plot No.JLT-PH-1-G 2A, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE and to the User/Applicant at the email address : info.eextensionth@vfsglobal.com and/or address provided to VFS Global during the online registration process. VFS Global may issue any notice to the User/Applicant by email or to the address provided by them during the online registration process for visa submission. However, VFS Global shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any non receipt of the Notice if the address provided by User/Applicant during the online registration process is not correct, which User/Applicant agrees to.

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of UAE, The user agrees that any claim or dispute he/she may have against VFS Global including but not limited to those that may arise from the use of the Site or services provided by VFS Global must be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dubai to the exclusion of all other courts.

VFS Global is located at Unit No. 3101-A , JBC 1, Plot No.JLT-PH-1-G 2A, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE. Services are offered by VFS Global to users residing within and outside nationalities as mentioned above, subject to the user’s acceptance of the jurisdictional terms and other terms and conditions, Disclaimer Policy & Privacy Policy.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall be valid and enforced. In its sole discretion, VFS Global may assign this Agreement to any of its affiliates, associates, third parties, subsidiaries and its group companies or whomsoever without reference to the user/visa applicant.

Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. VFS Global’s failure to act with respect to a breach by a user / applicant or others does not imply that VFS Global waives its rights in any manner to act with respect to any breach, subsequent or similar breaches. VFS Global reserves the right to take action as it may decide, or as it may be advised /or directed.

Immigration Bureau may at any time amend this Agreement and VFS Global shall post the amended terms on the Site. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective as at the time of accessing the Site and using the services. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing signed by both VFS Global and the user / applicant. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between the user / applicant with VFS Global with respect to the subject matter hereof.
